With experience in people operations, learning and development, employee engagement, and organisational culture, he brings both strategic insight and a genuine passion for growth to his role in Programme Operations for Health Leadership. Joe holds an MBA from the University of the People and is driven by the belief that learning can spark powerful ripple effects — especially when healthcare workers gain the skills and confidence to support their communities. For him, there’s nothing better than seeing someone master a new skill and the sense of pride that follows.
Outside of work, Joe once had his 15 minutes of fame starring in an Olympic commercial at age 12 (though it only aired once!), and his secret superpower is an impeccable sense of direction.
