Jill Farquharson has spent over two decades navigating the full complexity of educational leadership: running schools, leading systems, and building cross-sector networks in ways that required both strategic vision and the day-to-day accountability of someone who is ultimately responsible for what happens. Her M.Ed Admin (First Class Honours) gave her the theoretical grounding; two decades as a Principal gave her the wisdom that only comes from holding that responsibility in practice.

She led strategic transformation and international accreditation while simultaneously managing a cross-sector network of 12 schools, and she has presented to both the Ministry of Education and the OECD on future-focused pedagogy.
