PhD in Corporate Responsibility | Founder, Aurum Impact Advisory | Author, Radical Authentic Leadership (The Leadership Quarterly) | Social Impact Strategist | MSc Business Economics
Puck Algera has built her career inside the central tension of modern business: the question of whether it is actually possible to do well and do good at the same time, or whether one eventually crowds out the other. A strategy and research consultant with a PhD in Corporate Responsibility and an MSc in Business Economics, she has spent years helping organisations move beyond that tension by building genuine capacity for impact modelling and measurement as strategic infrastructure, not marketing.
She founded Aurum Impact Advisory for exactly that purpose: to work with organisations serious about building the systems and culture that make responsible leadership a core competency rather than a communications strategy. Her award-winning research on Radical Authentic Leadership, published in The Leadership Quarterly, has shaped how leaders and researchers think about values, purpose, and what authentic leadership actually costs when it is tested.
At academyEX, she brings both the intellectual rigour of her research and the practical focus of her consulting work, helping leaders in the MCOR programme develop the frameworks to navigate the most consequential questions in contemporary organisational life.
